Ingredients
  

  • 1 onion, yellow
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 lb stew meat any steak will work this is just cut
  • 1 pkg fajita mix
  • 1/2 pkg tortilla shells
  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. slice vegies
  2. cook meat in oil until done 3-5 min each side remove from pan
  3. cook veggies until tender
  4. add seasoning follow directions on pkg
  5. assembble and add toppings
