Lasagna

Materials

  • 2 lb hamburger
  • 1 lb sausage (optional)
  • 2 cans spaghetti sauce I use Hunts 4 cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Boil water add 1 tablespoon of salt to boiling water
    Cook lasagna noodles
    Drain noodles Vandelay flat on tinfoil to dry
    Brown hamburger, sausage, salt-and-pepper, and dries onion.
    Drain hamburger mixture
    Add spaghetti sauce to hamburger mixture Cook on low. Make sure you have a lid on it or it might splatter all over.
    Mix cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese
    Layer starting with a fourth a cup of spaghetti mixture
    layer noodles
    Layer sauce
    Layer cheese mixture
    Layer noodles, sauce, cheese mixture, repeat until out of everything
    You should end with the cheese mixture and then sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top

     Bake at 350 for one hour. You can cover the lasagna with the tinfoil you use to drain the noodles on for the first half an hour or 45 minutes
