Stroganoff Chicken/Beef

Course: Main Course

Materials

  • 1 lb chicken or beef cut into small slices
  • 1 can Cream of chicken (for chicken) Cream of mushroom (for beef)
  • 3 TBSP sour cream
  • 1 pkg egg noodles

Instructions

  • Cook your meat in a crockpot during the day 4-6 hours on low or cut the meet up and fry it in a skillet pan. 
    Salt and pepper meat. (if you are using a crockpot add a beef bouillon or chicken bouillon cube.)
    Mix cream of soup into meat until warm (crockpot about an hour)
    Boil noodles
    Add sour cream to meat mixture
    Dish mixture on top of noodles when you serve plates
